2021 Biohacking Conference Experience

It’s hard to even put into words, how transformational attending the 2021 Biohacking Conference was for me. I met so many people that are into health and wellness, interested in digging deeper into themselves and into life. People that have found or are looking for a deeper purpose in life.

There were so many cool devices to try from the Hapbee device that I’m wearing right now and can’t wait to share more about with you guys. To the hyperbaric oxygen chambers, Cryotherapy, red light therapy, kava; I could go on and on. But what was even better than all these products and devices was the love and connection that went on with people I met.

What’s in your Toothpaste?

Do you ever hear about something multiple times from multiple different people and feel like it’s a sign that you need to dig a little deeper and find out more? This recently happened to me with colloidal silver. I heard a friend mention it, my son’s swim teacher, and then one day, I randomly met Heather, a dental hygienist at the chiropractor’s office.

Heather has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She has seen so many dental patients come in with chronic gingivitis. They complain about their gums bleeding, even though they brush and floss every day. She has patients that still develop cavities, even though they’re using fluoride toothpaste. After learning some interesting facts about fluoride, a couple years ago, I have chosen to not use toothpaste containing fluoride.

Is Mouth Breathing Unhealthy?

Are you a mouth breather? Do you have a family member that is?

Mouth breathing is a big topic for me because my son and I were both mouth breathers. I knew right away that I was a mouth breather because I would often wake up with a dry mouth and smelly breath. I would catch myself drooling and no matter how much I slept, I never felt well rested in the morning.
