I’ve been talking to a lot of people lately who are struggling with their weight. They feel like no matter what they’re doing, their weight is going up and down like a yo-yo. I can completely relate because I’ve been there. I can remember a time where my weight and what I ate felt like an obsession.
My diet is still evolving. The place where I am now is not where I started. Making small changes has been key to finding what works for me. I started cutting dairy out of my diet 4.5 years ago, when I found out my son had a dairy allergy. I noticed a big difference right away. I lost my baby weight and felt a positive shift with my digestion. I rarely ever feel bloated since cutting out dairy.
