In my last post, I shared with you how much I love grounding outside and the many benefits that have come along with it. Grounding is a natural, safe and easy way to improve your health. Grounding helps prevent inflammation from building up in the body. Chronic inflammation is believed to be the underlying cause of more than 80 chronic illnesses! Cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes, cancer, asthma, allergies, eczema, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, and Crohn’s disease are all linked to chronic inflammation. So many patients I see at the hospital and people I know are affected by these conditions, including my oldest son.
